![]() ![]() ![]() We appreciate the time and effort you have put in to resolve the issue. Thank you for posting your concern in Microsoft community and welcome to the Windows 10 Family. So I stepped away from the problem for a few days, and found that my computer wasn't liking the download of ONE particular Visual C++ program, so I reinstalled just that one and I finally got it JSYK: I tried all the things suggested and it didn't work. Has anyone else run into this, or does anyone else have a potential solution for me? I am running on Windows 10, 64 bit I think. I have also tried re-installing Sims, as that is the only program that seems to be having problems, but that hasn't helped either. The progress bar loads, it says it has repaired the program, and when I click on it it still has the optionīefore there was no problem, this problem only occurred after I restarted my computer a couple days ago. Visual C++ 2012 and I think 2013 have the option to repair when I click on them, but clicking repair does nothing. I had this problem once before, and uninstalling all Visual C++ programs and reinstalling them fixed the problem. I have been trying to launch the Sims 3 all day, but keep getting the error message that MSVCP100.dll is missing and MSVCR100.dll is missing. ![]()
